Kevin LaRoche, LEAD Pastor
Kevin and his family have been here at RCC since 1993. In 1999, he was called from the life of a cabinet maker into the ministry here as the worship and youth pastor until he became the lead pastor in 2020. He loves spending time with his wife Heather and their family.
Marcie Jones, Children & family Pastor
Marcie and her husband Pete began attending RCC after they married and moved to Renton in 2005. With their three children Amanda, Nathan and Kelsey, they enjoy camping, hiking and anything outdoors. In her free time, Marcie likes to run and someday hopes to finish a full marathon.
Jan Beattie, prayer & care pastor
Jan and her husband, Bill, are parents to two children and five grandchildren. Jan retired after working 35 years in the mental health field as a clinician and administrator. She served as pastor of home groups and pastoral care in Richland before moving across the state and settling in the Fairwood community. Jan is a life-long learner, and enjoys travel, crafts, cooking and keeping up with the grandkids.
Carrie Allen, Bookkeeper
Carrie Allen has been a part of RCC since August 2004. She started working with Wildfire Youth as a leader at the same time. She loves seeing the youth grow and mature in their faith and as individuals. The hardest part for her is seeing the students grow up and move away! She has been in accounting for over 20 years with the Marriott at various hotel properties and as the bookkepper for RCC. She married, Shaun in 2000 and they now have four children Erika, Kylie, Joshua and Autumn.
Annie Garcia, Pastoral Assistant
Annie and her family started attending RCC in 2009 and have found here family, community and a deeper faith in Christ. She and her husband Efiz are parents to two awesome boys, Ben and Gabe. She loves the Oregon coast, reading, re-arranging her living room and laughing with her guys over Mad Libs.
ashley ashbeck, worship leader
Ashley met her future husband, Mitch, in the youth group at RCC back in 2000. Since then they have gotten married and now have two awesome kiddos, Faith and Jesse. Ashley loves spending time with her family, especially with a coffee in hand! But if she's not adventuring with her family, you'll find her with a paintbrush in her hand!
Brandon Blue, media & marketing
Brandon started attending RCC through Wildfire Youth Group in 2010. He helps with the technical side of setting up our audio podcasts and livestreams for our online presence to be easily accessible. He enjoys writing songs, singing and playing video games.
Alex & Pam Ohlsen, Founding PastorS
Alex and Pam planted RCC in 1982 and together they pastored RCC for 37 years. Alex and Pam retired from full-time ministry at the end of 2019. They continue to attend, serve and mentor at RCC as they explore what God is doing in the next chapter. Alex & Pam love spending time with their kids Jessica, Claire and Marcelo, Adrienne and Aven and all their grandchildren.
